am snack: animal crackers, cheese
lunch: stir-fry noodles, vegetables
pm snack: trail mix, oranges
dinner: red potatoes, steamed kale, salad

Wednesday
breakfast: coconut muffins, bananas
am snack: milkshakes
lunch: peanut butter and jelly sandwiches
pm snack: raisins, crackers
dinner: mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables

Thursday
