I’m trying a few new things out this week – Kimi Harris‘ Mexican quinoa salad, a sesame noodle dish (which is supposed to be like “peanut sauce”, only uses tahini instead of peanut butter), and a chili bean macaroni bake… we’ll see how they all turn out!
breakfast: pumpkin pancakes, sweetened whipped cream
lunch: BLTs, salad
dinner on the run – VBS!
breakfast: scrambled eggs, toast, grapes
lunch: curried potatoes and peas
dinner: beef stroganoff, green beans, salad
breakfast: hard boiled eggs, biscuits, plums
lunch: garlic greens (probably a mix of swiss chard and beet greens), rice pilaf
dinner: chili, cornbread muffins, salad
breakfast: breakfast tacos (eggs, beans, salsa)
lunch: egg salad sandwiches, carrot sticks
dinner: sesame noodles (use tahini to make a sauce), stir-fry vegetables
breakfast: pumpkin muffins, fruit salad, cream
lunch: chili bean macaroni (it looked like a good way to use up the l/o chili… we’ll see.)
dinner: pizza, salad
breakfast: apple puffed pancake, sweetened cream
lunch: Mexican quinoa salad, naan
