Menu for August 30th – September 5th



breakfast: whole grain pancakes, simmered apples, whipped cream
lunch: all-day beef stew (NT recipe), whole wheat rolls
dinner: grilled sausages, baked eggs, l/o rolls

breakfast: baked oatmeal with apples, raisins, & sweet cream
lunch: chili hot dogs, veggie sticks, dip
dinner: sausage and pepper hot sandwiches, salad

breakfast: fried eggs, hashbrowns, toast
lunch: quinoa pilaf with l/o sausage mix, steamed broccoli
dinner: homemade gnocchi, pesto sauce, mixed steamed vegetables, salad

breakfast: vegetable omelets
lunch: pasta bake with pesto and mozzarella, peas
dinner: baked potatoes, salad

breakfast: fried potatoes, eggs, fruit salad
lunch: samosas (I added ground beef to this recipe), yogurt dip
dinner: baked chicken, glazed carrots, salad

breakfast: overnight egg casserole
lunch: mini pizzas, veggie sticks, dip
dinner: chicken noodle soup, challah bread, salad

breakfast: persimmon breakfast cake, cream
lunch: meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans, salad
dinner: popcorn, fruit
