Menu for January 31st – February 6th

This week I’m taking part in Nourished Kitchen‘s Real Food Challenge, so I’m slightly apprehensive about making a menu plan…
I know Jenny is going to try and slip liver into the menu somewhere! 🙂

Here’s what I’ve got so far, subject to change if I have to add liver or something else offal new…!

breakfast: cherry puffed pancake, whipped cream
lunch with Daddy (Moma at the Wellness Connections Fair)
dinner: lamb stew, naan bread, salad

breakfast: coconut flour pancakes w/lemon curd, blueberries
lunch: hotdogs w/ saurkraut and mustard, carrot sticks
dinner: roasted lamb, potatoes, kale, salad

breakfast: soaked oatmeal w/raisins, cream, applesauce
lunch: pozole soup, corn tortillas
dinner: salmon patties, quinoa and millet pilaf, swiss chard, salad

breakfast: salmon omelets, toast
lunch: build-your-own tacos
dinner: scalloped potatoes, greens, salad

breakfast: cornmeal mush w/raisin chutney, cream
lunch: huevos rancheros, tortillas
dinner: pizza, salad – Moma’s Night Out

breakfast: chocolate smoothies, muffins
lunch: fried cornmeal, kale, sausage, pickled beets
dinner: soup, bread rolls, salad

breakfast: potatoes and greens quiche
lunch: chicken enchiladas, salad
dinner: popcorn, fruit salad
