Week Two, Day Eleven Challenge
Making Sourdough Bread
I haven’t quite gotten ready for this yet, since Brian smelled my starter and said he would prefer it sit for a bit longer, so that it’s more developed.
But the starter is looking (and smelling) really really good!
I used a yogurt starter (raw milk yogurt with rye flour), and have been alternating feeding it with buttermilk/flour and raw milk/flour.
I hope the bread turns out as well as the starter did!
