Valentine’s Day!
breakfast: apple baked oatmeal, cinnamon whipped cream
lunch: roasted bone-in chicken breasts, honey glazed carrots & beets, salad
dinner: heart-shaped pizza w/sun-dried tomatoes, salad w/beet dressing

breakfast: baked eggs w/herbs & cream, toast
lunch: baked beans & franks, sauerkraut
dinner: brown rice pasta w/tomato-less sauce (NT recipe), green beans

breakfast: soaked whole grain pancakes, whipped cream, coconut sautéed bananas
lunch: red lentil soup, whole wheat naan bread
dinner: polenta, braised lamb chops w/mushrooms, salad

breakfast: scrambled eggs w/mushrooms, toast
lunch: lamb and swiss sandwiches, carrot sticks, ranch dip
dinner: carrot curry (NT recipe), brown rice, salad

breakfast: biscuits w/sausage gravy, apples
lunch: roasted beets, carrots, potatoes & sausages
dinner: salmon patties, quinoa pilaf, salad

breakfast: salmon omelets, crispy rice pancakes
lunch: Mexican corn casserole
dinner: chicken noodle soup, cheddar biscuits, salad

breakfast: apple oatmeal muffins, cream pudding
lunch: rib roast, popovers, green beans, salad
dinner: popcorn, fruit salad
