MENU
Sunday
TRIP TO THE SNOW!
(taking potato soup, ww rolls, raw cheese, apples & hot chocolate)

Monday
breakfast: berry yogurt parfaits w/ shredded coconut
lunch: meatloaf sandwiches, veggie sticks w/ranch dip
dinner: roasted beets & sweet potatoes, sausages, sauteed greens

Tuesday
breakfast: sourdough waffles w/peanut butter & bananas
lunch: ww pita sandwiches (liverwurst, sprouts, raw cheese)
dinner: salmon patties, broccoli, salad, toasted honey ww rolls

Wednesday
Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
breakfast: green egg scramble (spinach & chard)
lunch: sweet potato & pea pancakes, pickled beets, sour cream
dinner: corned beef brisket, sauteed baby cabbages, roasted potatoes

Thursday
breakfast: fried eggs on toast, apples
lunch: mashed potatoes, sausage gravy, l/o cabbage
dinner: beef stew, Irish soda bread

Friday
breakfast: sourdough pancakes, berry compote, whipped cream
lunch: grilled cheese, arugula salad
dinner at a wedding!

Sabbath
