dinner: whole grain sourdough pancakes, strawberry compote, whipped cream

breakfast: French toast, l.o. strawberry compote
lunch: roasted sausages, beets, salad
dinner at Gramma & Papa’s

breakfast: soaked oatmeal w/berries & walnuts, cream
lunch: bean & cheese burritos, carrots, ranch dip
dinner: sloppy cornbread, salad

breakfast: fried cornbread, scrambled eggs w/sausage
lunch: brown rice pasta, meat sauce, broccoli
dinner: roasted sweet potatoes, green beans, salad

breakfast: soaked whole wheat boysenberry muffins, cream cheese
lunch: beef hotdogs, sauerkraut
dinner: tostados, salad

breakfast: huevos rancheros, l.o. tortillas
lunch: cheese sandwiches, veggie sticks, ranch dip
dinner out!

breakfast: soaked baked oatmeal, applesauce, cream
lunch: grilled lamb chops, brown rice pilaf, green beans, salad
dinner: popcorn, fruit
