breakfast: homemade soaked oat granola, bananas, raw milk

lunch: salmon patties, coos-coos, salad
pm snack: mango kefir smoothies
dinner: roasted potatoes, glazed carrots, waldorf salad

Wednesday
breakfast: egg in toast, bacon, fruit salad
am snack: grape kabobs
lunch: vegetable frittata, salad
pm snack: mango kefir popsicles
dinner: chicken curry, brown rice, broccoli

Thursday
breakfast: soaked buckwheat pancakes, berries, whipped raw cream
am snack: olive tapenade, homemade crackers
lunch: fried brown rice, sauteed yellow baby squash
pm snack: coconut, blackberries
dinner: black bean chili, cornbread, salad

Friday
breakfast: egg custard, blackberries
am snack: toast w/homemade almond butter
lunch: fried cornbread, beet greens w/bacon
pm snack: coconut smoothies
dinner: mexican taco soup, homemade corn chips, soured raw cream

Sabbath
breakfast: blackberry baked oatmeal, raw whipped cream
lunch: vegetable lasagna, salad
dinner: popcorn, fruit
