Menu for September 26th – October 2nd

The weather isn’t cooperating with my desire to cook.
But I press on, cooking apples, squash, and soup…
Hoping that it will get the idea.

breakfast: baked eggs w/bacon & herbs, soaked whole wheat biscuits
lunch: beef stroganoff, whole wheat egg noodles, green beans, salad
dinner: l.o. soup, biscuits

breakfast: cheese omeletes, kalekraut, toast
am snack: applesauce, raw cream
lunch: beef pasta bake, mixed vegetables
pm snack: pumpkin custard
dinner: fried chicken, pan gravy, millet pilaf, salad

breakfast: soaked cornmeal mush w/sweet raisin chutney
am snack: soaked whole wheat biscuits w/raw cheese
lunch: chicken salad sandwiches, carrot sticks
pm snack: roasted pumpkin seeds, raw cheese
dinner at Uncle Taylor’s and Aunt Johanna’s

breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon, toast
am snack: yogurt w/walnuts & apples
lunch: sloppy joes, celery sticks
pm snack: pumpkin popsicles
dinner: roasted sweet potatoes, creamed spinach, salad

breakfast: soaked oatmeal w/peanut butter & berries
am snack: apples, raw cheese
lunch: grain salad (using l.o. millet pilaf) w/olives & artichokes
pm snack: raw milkshakes
dinner at Caruther’s Fair

breakfast: fried eggs, sweet potatoes
am snack: harvest trail mix
lunch: roasted beet & fennel salad
pm snack: mango coconut smoothies
dinner: split pea soup w/millet biscuits

breakfast: apple bread pudding, raw whipped cream
lunch at The Farm
dinner at Organic Pastures Movie Night
