Menu for December 5th – 11th

As we enter into the second week of Advent, we are reminded of just how blessed we are.
In this chilly season, where many go hungry,
sleep exposed to the elements,
and have nothing to call their own,
we are awed by the generosity of our Lord.

Here is our menu for this week,
full of nothing but God’s provision.

breakfast: gingerbread toast, custard
lunch with Grampa & Nana
dinner: baked pasta, broccoli, salad

breakfast: soaked oatmeal w/cranberries, crispy pecans
am snack: l.o. custard, pears
Lunch at Nourishing Connections meeting
pm snack: broccoli, ranch dip
dinner: chicken noodle soup, salty crackers

breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon, toast
am snack: apples, raw cheese
lunch: peanut butter & persimmon jam sandwiches, applesauce
pm snack: banana muffins
dinner: sweet potato pancakes, kale

breakfast: baked apples w/walnuts, butter & cream
am snack: banana muffins
lunch: roasted beet salad, creamy dressing
pm snack: cranberry gelatin cups
dinner at Advent Supper

breakfast: baked eggs w/herbs & cream, sourdough toast
am snack: pecan shortbread
lunch: pizza pockets
pm snack: apples, raw cheese
dinner: meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans

breakfast: soaked oats w/persimmons & raisins
am snack: banana muffins
lunch: meatloaf sandwiches, lacto-ferm. carrots
pm snack: goat cheese, salty crackers
dinner: taco soup, tortilla crisps, salad

breakfast: pumpkin bread pudding, raw whipped cream
lunch: grilled cheese sandwiches, tomato soup
dinner at Organic Pastures Holiday Party
