am snack: home-canned applesauce, crispy walnuts
lunch: red lentil soup, grilled cheese sandwiches
pm snack: coconut kefir smoothies, dried blueberries
dinner: roasted chicken w/greens & garlic, brown rice pilaf, broccoli

breakfast at Aunt Johanna’s house
am snack: pears, raw cheese
lunch: chicken & pasta bake, broccoli
pm snack: dried apple pudding
dinner: jambalaya, greens, cornbread

breakfast: cornmeal porridge, sweet fruit chutney, cream
am snack: dried pineapple, crispy pecans
lunch: hamburger soup, sauerkraut
pm snack at Farmer’s Market
dinner at Lenten Supper
