Menu for March 13th – 19th



in Yosemite National Park

breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon, toast
am snack: raw cheese, apple slices
lunch: grilled cheese, tomato soup
pm snack: guacamole, tortilla chips
dinner: hotdog roast with Daddy!

breakfast: at Aunt Johanna’s
am snack: blackberries (from the freezer), homemade yogurt
lunch: peanut butter & jelly sandwiches, pear slices
pm snack: carrot sticks, kefir cheese dip
dinner: crockpot short ribs, cheesy polenta, salad

breakfast: fried eggs w/fried polenta triangles, oranges
am snack: broccoli w/kefir cheese dip
lunch: tuna melts, lacto-ferm. pickles
pm snack: dried cherries, crispy walnuts
dinner: roasted chicken w/onions, mashed potatoes, salad

breakfast: soaked oats w/blackberries, raw cream
am snack: kefir smoothies
lunch: grilled cheese, tomato soup (almost out of our canned tomatoes!!)
pm snack: applesauce, cream
dinner: stir-fry w/l.o. chicken, broccoli, kale, spring peas

breakfast: applesauce cake, cream cheese
am snack: apple slices, creamy fruit dip
lunch: l.o. stir fry
pm snack: liverwurst, sourdough crackers
dinner: meatballs, brown rice pilaf, salad

breakfast: overnight maple french toast, fruit salad
lunch at the Farm
dinner: popcorn, fruit salad
