breakfast: baked oatmeal w/dried apples & raisins, raw whipped cream
lunch out after church
dinner: sweet potatoes, creamed spinach, lacto-ferm. beets

breakfast: applesauce cake, homemade yogurt
am snack: apple slices, raw cheese
lunch: tuna salad sandwiches, lacto-ferm. carrots
pm snack: graham crackers, warm vanilla pudding
dinner: brown rice pasta, rich tomato sauce, steamed broccoli

breakfast: at Aunt Johanna’s
am snack: carrot sticks, kefir cheese dip
lunch: pasta bake, peas
pm snack: tangerines, crispy nuts
dinner: roasted chicken w/ green garlic & thyme, glazed carrots

breakfast: oatmeal scones, devonshire cream, fruit salad
am snack: homemade yogurt w/bluberries
lunch: chicken salad sandwiches, lacto-ferm. carrots
pm snack: dried cherries, crispy pecans
dinner at Lenten Soup Supper and Service

breakfast: cornmeal porridge w/maple syrup, raw cream, crispy pecans & raisins
am snack: apple slices, peanut butter
lunch: taco bake (use l.o. rich tomato sauce), broccoli
pm snack: sourdough crackers, kefir cheese dip
dinner: chicken & dumplings, steamed peas & carrots

breakfast: scrambled eggs w/cheese, biscuits
am snack: homemade cottage cheese, home-canned peaches
lunch: sloppy joes (use l.o. rich tomato sauce), lacto-ferm. pickles
pm snack: bananas w/crushed crispy walnuts
dinner: chicken tortilla soup, quesdillas, salad

breakfast: bacon & spinach frittata, toast
lunch: l.o. soup, salad
